It is important that a main emphasis is placed on preserving existing wildlife habitat, ecology and biodiversity as these are currently being significantly neglected. Also the preservation of existing farmland is not included in the spacial themes. It is important that we keep our farms growing food to meet the demand of the country's ever increasing population so that we don't need to be so reliant on the importing of food from abroad.
