Both CFS077 and CFS121 should not be used as sites for housing development. Not only are these rare agricultural spaces in this particular area but there is no obvious routes for improving the road structure to cope with the extra traffic. The A127 and A129 already jam up as soon as there is a road incident. Both natural habitats and air pollution would suffer detrimentally, and the flooding risk would be greatly increased. Housing has, in the past, been rejected because the water table could not cope with the extra demand put on it.
