Brownfield development with greenfield/greenbelt release supported only by a thorough infrastructure study on the impact on existing roads/schools/doctors. With any negative impact showing mitigation plans with additional funding for infrastructure projetcts. We must push back and challenge the Government housing targets. There has been a material shift in the government position on planning reforms.
With Ryan Air leaving Southend Airport that is the last commerical passenger service ending there now. Could this site not be included for development? It is centrally located to several road networks, including the A127.
