All of the conservation area should be protected from development. Any areas where traffic will exit onto Hockley Road, High Road or Eastwood Road as these roads are already subject to congestion and should not be submitted to increase traffic. Any large developments in or near the town centre as again the infrastructure is not appropriate, ie possible development accessed from Spring Gardens these roads are quite inadequate, schools, gps etc. are already to capacity and extra homes will put extra stress on all ready stretched services and facilities.
