walking and cycling on the main roads is unsafe due to polution and shear volumn of traffic a complete rethink of the roads through the District is required as they are not up to current volumns and no further building should be done until adequate roads exist a road bypassing hockley and rayleigh is required and national government need to be made aware and the Council should refuse to undertake further development until this is done.
