Hockley and Hawkwell are developed enough already. Stop building more houses. Stop any kind of building/development on green belt land. Roads are not being maintained and cannot deal with the current volumes of traffic. Keep the upper roach valley landscape area as-is and expand it's boundary to the edge of all existing main roads.
