The Mill Hall site requires protection from development. It is a Heritage site and should remain one. Looking at future proposed development in this plan. The Council could at least exclude building flats on this site. Bearing in mind the future plan for housing, we will need a community and events hall the size of Mill Hall.it should be refurbished and kept as an asset to the whole District.
