I object to site COL07 Mill Hall area and also site COL20 Civic Suite & gardens being included in the Local Plan as a future residential site. These valuable central locations should be preserved for the community rather than for individual's homes - particularly Mill Hall being adjacent to historic monuments. They are conservation areas that the council has a duty to protect as well as offering green spaces and car parking for the wider community. The existing buildings provide a service and employment which should be sustained without unnecessary and adverse environmental redevelopment.
