As mentioned in a following question, I believe CFS261 could be developed into an extended wildlife area north of the fisheries (if it was to be changed from farm land). This could create a nice green pocket to the east of the town.
I do not see the need for any further commercial areas.
CFS 119 could be a good opportunity to expand the open space at Ashingdon Park, the sports pitches could be re-positioned to allow for more of a 'garden' park, with a route for walkers. Further sports facilities (tennis courts) could also be implemented.
