This site in conjunction with land North of Napier Rd Ref CFS098 should not be built on
Apart from the fact that this procure essential crops. These farm field provide a beautiful open space .
An area like this within walking distance is a joy and when the sun shines on it,it is a wonder. Waking in this area provides fresh air peace and tranquillity which is essential to mental health and wellbeing. It is rich in wildlife. The amount of damage to habitat and wildlife lost developing this land cannot be overstated. Vital Wildlife corridors will be lost They will be replaced with a sterile housing development with new garden which take many years to establish.
The road will probably be changed so there will be more traffic, more noise more air pollution this will have a detrimental affect on the meadow land opposite which is a rich diverse area . Rain water will not haver anywhere to go.
There will be more strain on local services such as Doctors and schools. .
