With reference to the redevelopment of the Mill Hall Arts and Events centre, Bellingham lane, Rayleigh. It may well have a detrimental impact on the scheduled ancient monument as the development is on the boundary of the site. It may well have an impact on the natural screening that is currently provided by the vegetation between the site and our property. We are also concerned about the potential impact to the security of our property both during and after the project is completed.
