The local infrastructure does not have the capacity to support the volume of houses which are being consulted for. the number of schools, and GP services will need to be increased to reduce pressure on these services. The road network will also need to be reviewed as there will be potentially increased congestion.

How will these extra house help in the reduction of carbon emission?
How will these houses effect the existing residents in terms of flooding, light reduction, noise pollution and reduction in privacy
