The fishing pond in Rochford, its close to town, offered fishing tuition to young children and also observed people having picnics, dog walking and taking photos. it is a great use of outdoor space for the communities mental well being. Green areas should be left alone and better use of current housing areas or retail areas unused office areas and industrial parks should be reviewed for building new housing or accommodating more people. the two named areas are not easily acessable.
