Before the prioritisation of housing in the area the infrastructure in the area should be improves to support the new housing however it is not remotely noted on the figure. Furthermore the plan should prioritise community infrastructure, providing new healthcare, and education facilities to the current residents. Furthermore the already fragile open spaces around rochford and ashingdon are being encrounched on and should be prioritised. As a member of the future of the community I believe this figure presents negatively for any age group regardless of if affordable housing is provided as the community services are not supported.
