Some reasons why these sites not be considered as suitable for building on : Green belt, Critical drainage and given the changing nature of our climate an a combination of other factors such as lie of the land could possibly lead to flooding issues to current residents. Wild life issues and a popular walking and riding area with dedicated rights of way.
