I feel Rayleigh does not need anymore housing, due to the council having to use the open spaces to build more houses. This would take away the areas of wildlife, play areas. The local roads are not made to take that amount of traffic, along with schools, GP surgeries. You should also take into account the polloution, more households mean more rubbish to get rid of.
