There is already too many houses and cars. We do need more infrastructure, ie education and a larger shopping area, especially for the older people. We may have small food shops all right for small essentials but they are quite expensive and not all older people are able to get a weeks shopping. The doctor’s surgery’s are not easy to get an appointment when needed,
