There are far too many new houses being built. The bottlenecks of traffic into Hockley are getting ridiculous - at any time of day! The trains are already at full capacity by the time you reach Rayleigh, there are not enough Schools. It's more the traffic though, the roads just can't cope - it's not until you get to the A127 that you have proper infrastructure and that, and the A13, are jammed unless you're on the road before 5am.
