Yes. It does hold local significance. The football pitch it is literally the only place children can play. However the roads and paths in-between the football field and Cagefield are very dangerous for pedestrians. As stated in answers to questions a through d, the surrounding marshlands, countryside meadows, forests/copses hold local significance. They should be protected.
