Representation ID: 38482

Received: 03/09/2021

Respondent: Mr Jason Endsor

Representation Summary:

1) The increase of traffic, population and construction and construction noise would decimate the homes of rare wildlife (muntjac deer, wading birds etc.)
2) The houses in Cagefield are already damaged by the flood plains. Perhaps you should consider repairing those.
3) The heritage and history of Great Stambridge itself should also be considered as something worth protecting.

Yes. The hedgerows and it's wildlife. The marshlands and it's wildlife including many different species of wading birds. The surrounding farmlands and forests/copses which are home to many rare wildlife including the muntjac deer. The increase of traffic, population and construction and construction noise would decimate their homes. The local RSPB sanctuary a few miles from down river have a wildlife project dedicated to protecting these animals. The wildlife and surrounding countryside should very much be taken into account. In terms of the stability of construction itself, the flood plains already damage housing that exists within Cagefield and Great Stambridge. The heritage and history of Great Stambridge itself should also be considered as something worth protecting.
