No. None of the areas surrounding Great Stambridge are suitable because of the flood plains. As said before in question 62a, every winter the farmers have to double dig the ditches surrounding Stambridge (Cagefield as well as the fields surrounding the roads coming in and out of Stambridge) in order to help with flooding. And it's not always successful!! The land gets sodden and for this reason it is not suitable to build foundations on.
