That green belt is kept as that for our future generations. Looking at other ways to meet housing demand so that Rochford, Rayleigh can keep some of its uniqueness. Looking at more footpaths, byways, bridleways etc so more can utilise and for their mental health. I believe Norfolk have this in their plan it might be useful to explore other practice and what has worked elsewhere.
