New Local Plan: Spatial Options Document 2021

Representation ID: 38448

Received: 03/09/2021

Respondent: Mrs Tracy Wilkinson

Representation Summary:

The land behind Hillside rd and adjacent to Eastwood Rise has long been part of the rural scene for walkers, residents etc as has a plethora of wildlife; badgers, buzzards, Kite, Monkjac etc and has long been a well walked area gaining access via Eastwood Rise and sets the scene on entering the Cherry Orchard Park. Access for disabled has been considered here but more could be done in maintaining this as an accessible area by extending its significance. Land on left of Rayleigh avenue also has acted as a sanctuary for wildlife and flora and fauna, and amazing trees.
