Land that buffers New England Wood, Grove Woods, Flemings Farm and woodland and Gusted Hall and land near and around the fishing lake in Eastwood Rise. All areas that buffer woodland in general to give space from excessive ligh pollution, noise pollution and any increase in motorised traffic. [Disraeli Rd, The lower end of The Drive and Connaught Rd, Eastwood Rise / Hillside Rd, Rayleigh Avenue which abutts New England and Grove Woods.] Once gone will be lost forever and some of these areas have ancient hedgerow which i believe is worth protection.
