New Local Plan: Spatial Options Document 2021

Representation ID: 38445

Received: 03/09/2021

Respondent: Mrs Tracy Wilkinson

Representation Summary:

I am really concerned for areas previously green belt are being considered for development, namely land adjacent to Disraeli Rd, land adjacent to Eastwood rise and behind Hillside Road. These areas act as a buffer to wildlife sites, Country Park and woodland. They act as rural scene for locals and walkers. There has been overdevelopment in the area already which has now made the existing access for walkers, pedestrians pushing prams and the disabled perilous at certain times of the day, you have to choose times now which are safer to walk these roads [Eastwood Rise & Rayleigh Ave]
