The themes are correctly identified. I do not think you have given significant weightings to the enviornment, community infrastructure, leisure (your studies seem to imply moving more into schools!!??? surely that means significant investment into the schools themselves and tthere is already a distinct lack of swimming pools), transport and connectivity, green belt (building on belchamps is disgraceful - this is well known and used socially by local and wider communities).
