A garden village on the outskirts of Southend is by far the best option. Build the amenities such as healthcare and schools along with the housing. Rayleigh simply cannot handle more houses and people. We don’t have the infrastructure to support it. Our roads are gridlock at all times of day. Our class sizes in schools are too big and it takes weeks to get a Dr appointment. Not to mention the levels of pollution outside my front door each day due to traffic
