You need to create better road schemes before building any more dwellings in Rayleigh .we need a ring road around Rayleigh .As it is there are often queues from the high street down to the weir it’s crazy .site cfs87 is a pleasant almost country walk with so much wild life ,this must not be lost .plus all those extra cars causing more congestion turning in and out of WEIR FARM GARDENS .More doctors surgeries and roads before buildings .
