CFS064, Land north and east of Folly Chase, Hockley. From my perspective, ideally this area shouldn't be used for housing. It has value in itself - lots of wildlife, the footpath around it is enjoyed by many, and it's used to grow crops - the pandemic has shown that there is value in being more self-sufficient. If houses were built on it, the usual issues arise - traffic etc. I believe that the nearest primary school, Hockley Primary School, is currently over-subscribed.
