Cfs105 is a working piece of land as is the “available green space “ next to it! You recently gave planning permission to allow one of the stables to expand and yet now your planning to try and take byfords land from him!! He’s out there everyday working hard. There are also horses on the pastures in rotation, what’s going to happen to them?? Let alone the the disaster of traffic that will be at the top of the hill if you build property on this site which is 1 of the reasons the Rotunda was turned down!
