The local green spaces are essential for the well being of the local community. Unfortunately recent development has severely curtailed the country walks available to the residents of the village making the small green areas even more valuable.
Development of the area number CFS009 is especially undesirable towards the river. The walk along the tow path in this area is a quiet and peaceful one with green fields one side and the river on the other. If housing is developed on this site it would irrevocably change the whole feeling of living in a rural community.
