This area is already very busy on the roads and the doctors and dentists are full, how do you propose to resolves these problems. The road layouts cannot be changed so Greensward Lane will become gridlocked. The planning always proposes new doctors and dentists but never fulfil this commitment. Getting to and from either Rochford or Rayleigh used to take me 5-10 minutes by car now regularly take 20-30 on a good day.
