I feel at present there is a lack of adequate roads and structure to handle increased volumes of traffic.
Not to mention that currently roads, and paving surfaces, are in disrepair across parts of Hockley.
I do also want to feel safe and confident in the knowledge that the green and open spaces are not going to be affected nor impacted by increased development.
