The areas proposed for the development are not appropriate for further development as they are not supported by the required infrastructure. Further it will result in significant reduction of green spaces and air quality. For the last 10 years the building of the houses has been unsustainable and only created more road congestion, pollution and destruction of the wild life. There will be no significant green spaces left. The traffic congestion is already unsustainable for the small B roads and this will add further pressure.
