I dont want the nature of my immediate environment to irrevocably change from rural to built- up, particularly with no infrastructure

Full text:

I wish to object to housing on Lubbards Farm CFS164 as I live in Hullbridge Rd opposite the new roundabout and I do not wish the area to change from a semi-rural location to a built up area. I am due to retire soon and wished to stay in Rayleigh but do not want to live in the middle of a massive housing estate with 931 new houses. The additional traffic will cause even more pollution and noise, which I am already experiencing from the roundabout, and the traffic problem, already dire, in Rayleigh will worsen. There are already not enough doctors locally to cope with the population, let alone school places. The area around Lubbards Farm is currently home to wildlife; I have seen owls, kestrels and storks, and many animals driven from their old hedge-row homes. I do understand that homes have to be found ; my own children cannot afford to live in Rayleigh but they still wont be able to once the new homes are built because even a 2 bed house will be over-priced and too expensive
