I am objecting to the proposed site CFSO45 & CFSO74, CFS064, CFS160, CFS161, CFS074, CFS194, CFS169,CFS150, CFS020, CFS020, CFS261.
We have lived here for 15 years. Not only is it a green corridor for a wide variety of wide life. Where will the wildlife find to live?
The loss of the well loved especially during lockdown public footpaths, which are used by families, walkers, horse riders, dog walkers, cyclists would be a loss for our & the wider community.
The location of the houses will cause extra traffic as on average each house would have two to four cars depending on the size of the properties. We have already had the large Christmas Tree Farm, & Hall road developments in the last two years.
Public transport links are not regular enough. This would force people into their cars for extra journeys.
It will compound the issue of bottle necks. Which at present happens daily if a lorry, van, Dust cat stop to deliver or a pick up. The traffic tails back into Rayleigh or Rochford.
The Air quality is already poor.
The schools & Doctors will struggle with the influx of new children & people.
The farmer until this year has farmed on the site for during my life time.
