I would like to comment that this form of online consultation is not inclusive. It should be made easier for residents to give feedback, without IT use.
The levels of proposed housing development are totally unsustainable until something is done about the infrastructure. The roads cannot take the current level of traffic - with only 1 main route thorough Rochford/Hockley and traffic is often at a standstill. There are not enough Doctors surgeries. Schools will be over subscribed,
Woodland and green spaces should be protected in Hockley - there has already been enough impact on the area from recent development.
