From my understanding the regs don't include using renewable energy devices by default? I think adding heatpumps, solars to new builds would be a good improvement to add. Anything that is forward looking and showcases our commitment to not only meet regs but to surpass them will surely showcase our commitment and help increase investment/funding for this.
