Rayleigh has far too many houses at present! The current road system is often grid locked! it is almost impossible to get a DR appointment. Please do not build more houses here especially on green field areas. Why not build fewer houses in the many out lying villages say Canewdon, Fambridge, Rettendon etc rather than thousands of houses in an already over populated town like Rayleigh.
