I support the vision laid out in the above statement of Hockley and Hawkwell regarding the village and services, i think that affordable housing is necessary in proportion but believe that higher house prices indicates the area as sought after which should be viewed as a positive for the area and not to discourage future higher priced properties for working professionals.
