I object to the development known as SER8 and feel it should be abandoned on the following grounds:
Severe traffic problems on Ashingdon Road
Destruction of ancient oak tree
Increased pollution from extra traffic
Overcapacity already at Puzey Family Practice
Increased risk of flooding to Oxford Road
