CFS064 has currently either a private road (Folly Chase) or the Hockley Community Centre as the only possible access points. Neither are suitable for an estate planned for 320 houses +.
The main reason for objection is that the only main road that this estate feeds onto, is the B1013. Over a mile of backed up traffic, is not unusual at certain times, 7 days a week. As a local resident, I can state this as a certainty.
