This land is currently a field as it has always been. It is used for sileage and for horses. Presumably, it is green belt and should remain so. We cannot keep using up our fields to make way for development. What will be the impact (if allowedto be development land) on the roads, sewers, surface water drain off, electricity, gas, main water, doctors, police, ambulance service, fire brigade and hospitals.
