New Local Plan: Spatial Options Document 2021

Representation ID: 37708

Received: 06/08/2021

Respondent: Peter Deakin

Representation Summary:

Although most people seem to object to new developments, part of the issue I have seen is the lack of infrastructure planning. The recent development around Hall Roach and Hullbridge all have traffic going down Watery Lane, and I know it was determined it's not a main route, which is amazing, as when their is an issue on Watery Lane or Rawreth Lane Traffic grinds to a halt.
The information was there, yet ignored, and lots of residents got more upset, which could have been avoided.
So lay out the guides, and go further.
