The area around Prittle Brook is on a flood plan. In the 22 years that I have lived in Sutton Court Drive, we have been flooded twice. To build in the space immediately on the other side of the brook will increase use of the services, thus increasing the risk of flooding to my property. In addition, that area must equally be a flood plain and therefore at risk of flooding
