Availability at local schools for new students
Parking in Rayleigh town centre insufficient to cope with the increase of vehicles from new housing developments around the area
Albert Road and close also bull lane at the junction of the chase at times suffered flooding which normally run from the fields if this area is built over they’ll be more surface water which new drainage infrastructure would not be able to cope with
