Figure 44 shows a simple approach just expand housing and the rest will sort it self out. Areas of green belt, field with currently produce mush need crops, wildlife all totally pushed to one side. You state "affordable housing" I question if any of the council have seen the prices asked for for the current building? first time buyers are priced out of the market, don't take my word for this go and check
