The new plan will greatly impact our green spaces in the area, impact our wildlife, cause greater traffic and congestion in an already over populated area. The town is already struggling with capacity, from getting doctors appointments to nursery and school placements. The area cannot accommodate more housing without a significant impact and burden on the existing infrastructure.
