I object because Hockley and its infrastructure are already at capacity. You know full well that any new housing developments proposed wouldn't attract any infrastructure upgrades and improvements, which would make public and social services even more stretched – likely beyond breaking point. Beside, people live in Hockley because it is a nice, green place and truly a beautiful semi-rural location. Find another part of the country to turn into brand new towns or even cities. South East Essex is full!
