Yes, the areas immediately surrounding the village do hold local significance to many of the residents, many who have lived here for decades and have raised family to appreciate the countryside around our homes. By losing this space we will lose the essence of our small rural community. Stambridge is a historic village rooted in it’s beautiful location and to lose that will be to lose the charm and character of the community.
